This is the first introduction to inter-village softball.   Teams from Bloomingdale will compete in the Midwest Recreational Fastpitch (MRF) league which includes Roselle, Carol Stream, Glendale Heights and Streamwood.  

This league is often referred to as 'tee-pitch' where players will have the opportunity to learn softball fundamentals including fielding, hitting, pitching, catching and throwing.  They will play multiple positions and have the opportunity to pitch.   Players in this division will typically range from 7-9 years old depending on their birthdates.  This is primarily a coach pitch league.  There are 1-3 practices/games per week from April until June.

The 10U level places an increased emphasis on girls pitching while continuing to develop fundamentals.   More advanced concepts such as stealing and balls/strikes are utilized in games to increase their understanding of the game and allow for their personal development.

Teams at this level will compete with local villages in the Midwest Recreational Fastpitch league.   They will play multiple positions and have the opportunity to pitch.   An end of season tournament will be conducted.   There are 1-3 practices/games per week from April until June.  

The 12U level continues as an advanced development league for girls where the games begin to become more competitive.  Girls are encouraged to play multiple positions but may specialize at a few positions and learn the dynamics of those positions.  

Teams at this level will compete with local villages in the Midwest Recreational Fastpitch league.    An end of season tournament will be conducted.   There are 1-3 practices/games per week from April until June.  

The 14U level is an advanced development league that prepares girls for playing at the high school level.    Girls are encouraged to play multiple positions but may specialize at a few positions and learn the dynamics of those positions.  

Teams at this level will compete with local villages in the Midwest Recreational Fastpitch league.    An end of season tournament will be conducted.   There are 1-3 practices/games per week from April until June.
